Privacy Notice – B2B Sales Prospecting

Last updated: 17/07/2026

This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy. It specifically describes how MAJOLI.IO processes the business data used for its business-to-business (B2B) sales prospecting, in particular by email.

If you have received a message from us, this page explains why, what data we process, on what basis, and how to object.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is MAJOLI.IO, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €61,650.00, registered office at 4 rue de la République, 13001 Marseille (France), registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 890 748 239 (VAT FR71890748239).

Publication director: Mr Majdi Zarkouna. For any question about your data: contacts@majoli.io or +33 7 83 97 09 52.

2. Why you are receiving our messages

We carry out business-to-business (B2B) sales prospecting. We contact companies whose activity is related to our services (website creation, digital marketing, SEO and related services), at their business contact details.

The content of our messages is always relevant to the recipient's activity.

3. Data we process

We process business data, namely:

- the company name and its company registration number (official register);

- a business email address and, where applicable, a business phone number;

- the establishment address, the website and the business sector;

- the website language and publicly available contact information.

We limit collection to what is necessary for a relevant first contact.

4. Source of the data

We do not buy files from data brokers. Your contact details come exclusively from publicly accessible sources:

- your company's website (contact page, legal notice or terms and conditions);

- public company registers (for example the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises – CBE/BCE – in Belgium, or equivalent official registers).

5. Legal basis

Our prospecting relies on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in developing our business by offering relevant services to professionals, primarily targeting companies' impersonal business addresses.

You may object to this processing at any time (see sections 9 and 10).

6. Retention period

Prospecting data is kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months from your last contact or interaction, after which it is deleted.

If you object to our prospecting, we keep only the strict minimum (your email address on a suppression list) in order not to contact you again.

7. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold, rented or exchanged. It is only shared with the providers necessary for our prospecting:

- hosting of our prospecting tool (Amazon Web Services, European Union);

- sending and managing our emails (email platform);

- verifying the validity of email addresses.

Where a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

8. Profiling

We segment our contacts by business sector and language in order to send relevant messages. We do not take any solely automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. You may exercise them at any time:

- by email: contacts@majoli.io;

- by post: MAJOLI.IO, 4 rue de la République, 13001 Marseille, France.

We will respond within one (1) month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Belgium, the Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – autoriteprotectiondonnees.be);

in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

10. How to stop being contacted

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at contacts@majoli.io. Any objection is immediate and definitive: it is applied across all our systems and campaigns.
